Licensed Practical Nurses will promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by utilizing their nursing skills daily, fostering meaningful relationships by learning about residents' life stories. Nurses are expected to create a comforting atmosphere, promote teamwork, and collaborate with other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana and demonstrate proficiency in medication management skills. A strong passion for geriatric nursing, commitment to senior care excellence, and excellent communication skills are also required.
