The primary purpose of this role is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, which includes evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to established guidelines. This position also involves serving as an advocate for patients and actively participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy curriculum and hold an active, unencumbered Occupational Therapy license in the state of Oregon. Essential requirements include having working knowledge of Medicare/payer sources, full knowledge of resident's rights, professionalism, the ability to multitask, fluency in English, and an active CPR/BLS certification.
