Responsibilities also cover prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license, with a state-specific license in good standing in Vermont. A minimum of six months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is required, along with strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
