Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and current Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program, along with a minimum of 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience, including venipuncture on diverse populations. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills are mandatory for this mobile role.
