The role involves championing individualized, patient-centered care by implementing and monitoring tailored care plans and serving as the central coordinator for communication across all care team disciplines. Responsibilities also include acting as a proactive patient advocate through continuous assessment and documentation, leading discharge planning, and accurately executing clinical support by interpreting and carrying out physician orders.
Minimum requirements include holding a Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a current multi-state compact license, along with a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at hire. Candidates must also obtain Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months and have their BLS Provider certification within 1 month of the hire or transfer date.

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
