The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and develop relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs, collaborating with other providers, meeting visit quotas, and completing all required documentation promptly.
Applicants must possess a current, active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas and demonstrate reliability and an innovative spirit. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of pediatric experience, home-health setting experience, and certifications or experience in feeding therapy, with bilingual skills being a bonus.
