The role involves supporting patient flow through tasks like rooming, verification, and vital documentation using eCW, while also preparing exam rooms and assisting with sterile and non-sterile clinical procedures following safety guidelines. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, managing inventory, and strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Surgical Technician, or Scrub Technician, with required experience in sterile fields, blood draws, and office procedures. A BLS certification is mandatory within 60 days of hire, and strong communication skills along with EMR experience are preferred.
As a Clinical Technologist, you’ll be a critical member of our team, supporting patient flow and engaging in various clinical support tasks. After completing your initial training (4-6 weeks), you’ll perform all job responsibilities independently with confidence. This entry-level role is ideal for MAs and PCTs looking to expand their skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced clinic environment.
