Volunteers act as goodwill ambassadors, fulfilling important roles to assist associates in making the patient experience comfortable and positive. They may assist in various departments with projects, allowing paid staff to focus on providing healthcare.
Candidates must possess a friendly and approachable personality, with the ability to take initiative, follow directions, and handle multiple tasks flexibly. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, tact, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information are also required.

HRH volunteers may assist in various departments with various projects and allow paid staff to spend their time focusing on providing the best healthcare for their patients.
