The Patient Care Tech provides safe, competent, and patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician within a 183-bed acute care facility. This role involves actively participating as a member of the Nursing Team and supporting the organizational culture of Service Excellence.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and successfully complete a PCT training program with certification. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred, and required certifications include BLS (or obtained during orientation) and obtaining CPI de-escalation training within six months.
