The Caregiver is responsible for direct resident care, including administering treatments, serving meals, assisting with daily functions like bathing and dressing, and ensuring resident safety and comfort according to established procedures. This role also requires meticulous documentation of resident conditions, reporting changes or incidents promptly to the Nurse, and maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
Candidates must be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, write reports, and present information effectively, possessing basic mathematical skills for practical application. Successful performance requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and the physical ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while performing regular standing, walking, and sitting duties.
