Hartford Hospital is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Cardiology units across multiple hours and shifts.

Hartford Hospital is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Cardiology units across multiple hours and shifts.

Graduate Nurses welcome and encouraged to apply.

Current Connecticut RN License required prior to start date Graduate of an accredited nursing school ASN Required (Must obtain a BSN within 6 years of starting in the RN role) BSN preferred.

BLS certification by the American Heart Association One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred, however Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply Hartford Hospital is one of the largest and most respected teaching hospitals as well as a Level I trauma center.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a current Connecticut RN License prior to the start date and be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, requiring an ASN with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within six years. While one year of recent Acute Care RN experience is preferred, Graduate Nurses are welcome and encouraged to apply, and BLS certification by the American Heart Association is mandatory.
