include delivering exceptional and individualized care based on resident care plans and assisting with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity. The role also requires reporting changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connecting compassionately with residents and family members.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent and hold current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a demonstrated ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
