The Medical Assistant will prepare patients for visits, accurately document information in the EMR, take vital signs, collect health information, and assist providers during exams and procedures. Responsibilities also include performing screenings, conducting point-of-care testing, maintaining exam rooms, and supporting patient flow.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, along with current CPR certification. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, and certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
