The Vital Monitoring Specialist is responsible for regularly monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and analyzing health data to detect potential issues. They also facilitate medical interventions, coordinate with clinical staff, and ensure compliance with facility protocols.
Candidates must hold an active Medical Assistant certification and have prior experience in vital signs monitoring, preferably in a long-term care setting. Proficiency in monitoring equipment and electronic health record systems is required, along with strong attention to detail.
