The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating health conditions, and collaborating with facility staff.
Candidates must have an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania and a minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential, along with a passion for elder care.
