The role involves providing services to children and adolescents experiencing severe emotional disturbances, along with their families. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, case management, intensive care coordination, and crisis intervention as necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline and have one to two years of experience treating children/adolescents with serious mental illness. Applicants must also have reliable transportation for home visits and maintain the required state licensure or be eligible to obtain full licensure within 30 months.

We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

· Provides services to children/adolescents with severe emotional disturbances and their families. · Prepares comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, brief assessments, treatment plans, case management/intensive care coordination, crisis intervention and pre- screens as needed.
· Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline. · One to two years’ experience providing treatment to children/adolescents with serious mental illness · Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and work independently · Must have reliable means of transportation for home visits and maintain safe driving record Licensure/Certification: · Licensed by the Michigan Department of Michigan Dept. of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, (Bureau of Professional Licensing) as a LLMSW, LMSW, Limited Licensed Psychologist and/or LLPC, LPC. · Must become fully licensed within 30 months of date of hire.
