Current CA state license is a plus. Up to $100k sign-on bonus available for full-time after residency. Facility hours are 8am-9pm. Epic EMR. On-site testing includes rapid strep, rapid covid, POC UA, POC pregnancy, POC glucose, POC Hgb, and EKG. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
