The therapist will provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, which includes conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage a steady caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
Candidates must possess an active clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or be on track for licensure, holding a Master's degree in a related counseling field. Required skills include experience with assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, strong organizational abilities, and comfort with diverse populations.
