Nature and Scope Independently performed procedures may include, but is not limited to, rooming patients and collecting vitals, pulmonary function tests, administration of injections, EKGs, breathing treatments, lab testing, dressing changes, wound cleaning, hearing and vision tests, and other duties as assigned.
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills will be an ongoing expectation.
Applicants must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and be a Qualified Certified Medical Assistant who graduated from a recognized program. Ongoing expectations include excellent documentation skills, CPR certification within three months, and knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
