The role involves performing comprehensive Physical Therapy treatments according to established goals and developing home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers. Responsibilities also include meeting weekly visit quotas and ensuring timely completion of all required patient chart updates and documentation.
Candidates must possess a current/active Physical Therapy license in Texas and demonstrate reliability and an innovative spirit, along with flexibility to manage shifting priorities. The position requires the ability to use common workplace technology, and bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.
