The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment by establishing treatment plans using various methods to ease pain and increase mobility. This role also involves supervising physical therapy assistants according to state requirements and maintaining timely, compliant documentation of patient progress and discharge plans.
Candidates must possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold a current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma, along with current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in Home Health, and applicants must have an active Oklahoma driver's license and required vehicle.

POSITION PURPOSE Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy, the Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment. Establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands- on therapy, and equipment to ease patients’ pain and help them increase mobility. The Physical Therapist will also be required to supervise physical therapy assistants within Oklahoma States supervision requirements.
ORGANIZATION This position reports to the Director of Therapy
Security and privacy training will be provided as part of this role to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PCS’ associate and customer data.
