About the Role

30 appointments per week. That's it. Imagine having a full hour with your outpatient patients? How would you treat differently? If that excites you, you might be perfect for the role... Kins is seeking a passionate, experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team as a full-time W-2 employee. This role is ideal for a clinician who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while helping redefine outpatient physical therapy. As a member of our clinical team, you'll provide care through a hybrid model of in-home and virtual visits across New York City, with opportunities for professional growth as we continue to expand. What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in their homes throughout New York City. Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve functional goals. Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active, unrestricted New York State Physical Therapist license Minimum 3 years of clinical PT experience Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills. Strong documentation skills with experience in EMR/EHR systems Ability to travel throughout New York City boroughs via public transit. Specific coverage areas will be discussed.
