The primary duty involves operating CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, requiring patient screening, preparation, precise positioning, and execution of routine and advanced scanning procedures while adhering to safety regulations. Secondary responsibilities include supporting the imaging department by maintaining protocols, monitoring supplies, and assisting with training.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and be a graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography, holding current ARRT registration and CPR certification. Sufficient training and experience to independently perform CT procedures are mandatory, along with state licensure if applicable.

The pay range for this position is $30.00-$50.00 based on direct and relevant experience.
RAYUS Radiology is looking for a CT Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist, you will be responsible for operating assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide CT services within professional standards and with excellent customer service. This is a casual/PRN position working various 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm, flexible schedule.
Essential duties and responsibilities: (90%) Patient CT Imaging
(5%) CT/Imaging Department Support
1. Assists with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and software upgrades 2. Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessary 3. Assists with training of new team members, providing resource and technical expertise, as applicable
(5%) Completes other tasks as assigned
