The Radiology Technologist Care Guide ensures a seamless patient experience by managing clerical, clinical, and occupational health duties, including imaging, registration, vitals, and drug screens in a diverse Urgent Care setting. This role involves working with a variety of patients and unique medical needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications differ based on licensure level; Fully Licensed Techs need a formal Radiography program completion, IEMA license, and must achieve ARRT (R) registry within six months. Limited License Techs require a High School Diploma/GED, one year of healthcare experience, and ARRT limited scope testing certification.
