The physician will provide primary medical care to a diverse patient population, including diagnosing and treating identified health problems and managing chronic diseases in conjunction with the patient and family. Siouxland Community Health Center has a current opening for a full-time Family Practice Physician or Internal Medicine Physician.
Current Licensure in the states of IA and NE.
One to two years clinical experience.
Current CPR & Mandatory Reporter certification.
Current DEA and State Drug licensures.
Basic computer skills.
Provide primary medical care to a diverse patient population.
Diagnose and treat identified health problems.
Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases and devise plan of care in conjunction with the patient/family member.
Maintain complete medical records, including dictating history & physicals, office visits and discharge summaries.
