The Endoscopy Technician supports the team by preparing procedure rooms, assisting physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures, and handling/reprocessing endoscopes and accessories. This role is crucial for maintaining patient safety, infection prevention standards, and efficient patient flow in the Endoscopy Department.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and completion of an Endoscopy Technician training program is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Endoscopy and possess skills related to HLD standards and infection prevention principles.
