Under RN supervision, the LPN provides nursing interventions and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life for the patient/family unit. Responsibilities include performing various nursing tasks such as dressing changes, medication administration, symptom management, and managing venous access devices as directed by the RN and the Interdisciplinary Group care plan.
