The Licensed Practical Nurse will monitor, evaluate, and care for clients' conditions, ensuring medication compliance and advising the treatment team of any significant changes. CCLI is looking for an On Call Licensed Practical Nurse with a generous heart to work in our Talbot House, a residential withdrawal and stabilization center licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction (OASAS).

Monitor, evaluate and care for clients’ condition, ensure compliance with medication procedures, and advise treatment team of any significant changes or treatment issues; Interact extensively with clients in various stages of recovery, helping them to acclimate to program activities and procedures; Provide general education and support in areas of treatment and health maintenance; Collaborate with medical and clinical staff, and liaise with emergency and/or hospital personnel as needed; Provide documentation in an electronic medical records system.
HS Diploma/GED; NYS Licensed Practical Nurse certification; Nursing experience in behavioral healthcare settings a strong plus; Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team; Strong listening and communication skills necessary to provide client-centered care; PC proficiency required. Experience with electronic medical records data entry preferred.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma/GED and a valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse certification. Experience in behavioral healthcare settings is highly preferred, along with demonstrated ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and strong communication skills.
