The Staff Nurse will assess resident health status, develop and update individualized care plans, and communicate resident needs to staff and families. Responsibilities also include participating in hands-on care, monitoring medication administration, and training care staff to ensure competency.
Candidates must possess a valid State Nursing License (RN or LPN/LVN) and have a minimum of one year of nursing or caregiving experience, preferably in Assisted Living or Memory Care. A degree in Nursing is preferred, along with strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
