The role involves performing routine and advanced administrative duties requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational policies, including anticipating administrative needs and leading projects. Essential functions also cover composing confidential correspondence, utilizing complex software functions to create macros and templates, and screening calls and visitors to resolve complex inquiries.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED/HSED and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Required knowledge includes computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management, alongside strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
