The Entry-Level Dental Assistant will primarily support the clinical needs of the practice's patients and doctors by assisting during various treatment procedures, setting up and breaking down the operatory post-treatment, and managing infection control through instrument and equipment preparation and sterilization. Additionally, the role involves supporting patient charting for Doctors and performing various necessary office tasks while collaborating with the dental team for exceptional patient care.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must obtain their radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with patients of all ages, alongside a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
