We’re looking for a talented and driven per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Chicago Clinic to cover our Friday and/or Saturday shifts, with the potential of providing coverage on other days during the week. Our Chicago Clinic hours of operations are 7:00am – 3:00pm. This position will provide required support to physicians and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures.
The rate for this role is $30 - $35 per hour and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited allied health school and hold a current state LPN license with CPR/BLS certification. A minimum of 3 years of related experience and strong phlebotomy skills are required.
