The Nurse Practitioner will be involved in the care of individuals, families, and patient groups dealing with cancer or related diagnoses, which may occur in clinic or virtually via telemedicine. Responsibilities encompass prevention, screening, patient care management, education, and potentially serving as a consultant or researcher.
Candidates must possess a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program, typically requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner, with previous oncology experience strongly preferred. Required credentials include current RN state licensure, current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, and current BLS/CPR certification.
