Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
