The role involves actively participating in planning and providing various support services, including day habilitation, residential habilitation, job coaching, and respite for individuals served by the organization. Responsibilities also include offering guidance, emotional support, crisis intervention, and developing meaningful in-house and community activities.
A minimum requirement for this position is a High School Diploma or GED, although other equivalent training or certifications may be accepted. Candidates should be flexible, enjoy working with people, and possess good communication skills, with previous experience being desired but not mandatory.
