The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the hospital's administrative needs by overseeing documents, ensuring seamless hospital-wide communication, and organizing files. Key duties include managing inquiries, handling correspondence, supporting word processing tasks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining efficient record-keeping systems.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for this role, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Candidates must possess effective communication skills and demonstrate typing proficiency with speed and accuracy, with 10-key skills being preferred.
