$20 - $26 / HOUR
Caregivers will provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors, which includes offering companionship, emotional support, assisting with daily living tasks, and preparing meals. Responsibilities also involve following individualized care plans and communicating effectively with families and the care team.
Candidates should ideally have experience as a Caregiver, HHA, or CNA, although this is preferred but not required; compassion, dependability, and patience are essential traits. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred, and all applicants must be able to pass a background check.
