The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver inpatient hemodialysis treatments under RN supervision, focusing on direct treatment delivery, patient monitoring, and supporting dialysis workflow within defined licensure parameters. Responsibilities also include supporting setup and takedown of CKRT and PD therapies and collaborating with the RN team for complex care needs.
Candidates must possess an active state-specific LPN license, and dialysis experience is preferred, though acute care experience is a plus. Strong assessment and communication skills are required to function effectively within a team-based acute care model.
