We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks and procedures in the Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology departments.
Perform crossmatching techniques.
Apply problem-solving skills and judgment in dealing with antibody challenges.
Understand the indications for transfusion and ensure proper action before releasing products that do not meet criteria.
