The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and implementing care plans under the direction of licensed providers. They also manage patient flow, maintain exam rooms, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current Minnesota LPN license or Medical Assistant certification and be able to obtain BLS certification within two months. Experience in an ambulatory health care setting is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively within a team.
1. Current LPN Minnesota state license, current Medical Assistant certification or registration required. Must maintain license/certification/registration. 2. Experience in an ambulatory health care setting is preferred. 3. Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and maintain positive working relationships. 4. BLS certification to be completed within two months of employment. 5. Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital policies, vision, mission and values. 6. Maintains reliable and consistent attendance. $25.40- $33.08 Hourly
