Critical thinking skills and analytical abilities to address complex patient care problems, administrative problems and research issues. Interpersonal and communication skills which frequently involve collaborating with peers and supervisors, physicians, and administrators on policy and procedural issues. Licenses and Certifications BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required + one of the following: - N/A PA-Certified Physician Assistant - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants + one of the following: - N/A License Advance Practice Nurse Prescriber (33) - State of Wisconsin License PA-Physician's Assistant (23) - State of Wisconsin Patient Care Responsibility Provides care appropriate to patient population and as described in applicable policies and procedures.
