Advanced Care Providers will collaborate with Cardiologists to perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose cardiac conditions, and develop treatment plans, while also managing chronic conditions and monitoring patient progress. They will educate patients on health promotion, participate in interdisciplinary care coordination, and perform necessary clinical skills like phlebotomy and EKG placement.

You will be responsible for bringing rigor and thoroughness to the development of clinical operations in our largest clinic yet, as well as maintaining and supporting our strong and inclusive organizational culture and performance standards. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with clinical, finance, technology, care coordination, hospitality, content, events, and experience and to drive excellence.
We are seeking Advanced Care Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to join our expanding Cardiology team and collaborate closely with our Chief Medical Officers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and bring an innovative, forward-thinking approach to their work.
Candidates must be Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with a current California license and at least two years of practicing experience, holding current BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association. Preferred experience includes cardiac, internal medicine, primary care, urgent care, emergency, or family medicine backgrounds, along with flexibility for weekend coverage.
