Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help provide supervision and support to clients in our residential group home setting.
We offer ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individual's role in making choices to give them greater control of the direction of their life.

You would provide hands-on, person-centered individualized care and support for our residents.
DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, Residential Assistant Manager, other DSPs and more to support five male residents in the home.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
