The Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient’s home environment to support functional independence. Responsibilities also include educating families on support strategies and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Texas, with pediatric experience preferred, although strong new graduates with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills, along with an empathetic and proactive commitment to helping children, are required.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.
