The primary duties involve welcoming patients, families, physicians, and visitors, and managing the check-in process for patients at the surgical center. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate patient data, gathering necessary surgical documentation, and handling co-payments and incoming calls.
The ideal candidate must be outgoing, energetic, hard-working, and enjoy assisting people in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center environment. Previous medical office experience is explicitly required for this role.
