New grads, this is your chance to kickstart your career with a team that's ready to support you every step of the way!
Ready to Join? If you're a current RDH license holder (or a new grad awaiting licensure) with an active CPR certification, we'd love to meet you! What Does the Interview Process Look Like? Initial Contact: Our Talent Team will reach out via text or email to schedule a brief 10-minute screening call. Clinical Discussion: You'll have a chance to meet with our VP of Clinical Services, Sarah Velasco, RDH, BSDH. In this conversation, Sarah will provide insight into a day in the life of a hygienist on our team. You’ll cover key questions (and more), such as: How many patients would I see per day? How long are appointments for cleanings and periodontal treatments? What opportunities are available for Continuing Education (CE)? What software or tools do you use? Do hygienists have dedicated rooms or shared spaces? Rest assured, all your clinical questions will be answered by a fellow hygienist, not a recruiter! On-Site Paid Interview: If we’re a good match, we’ll invite you for an on-site visit to meet the Office Manager, Doctors, Hygienists, and the clinical team. You'll also participate in a paid working interview with patients to get a feel for the environment and show off your skills.
Afterward, our team will connect with you to extend an offer that’s hard to beat!
