The Medical Records Coordinator II supports clinic medical records functions by accurately performing clerical duties such as pulling, filing, scanning, and preparing copies of medical records upon request. This role also ensures all requests for copies are authorized, reviews records for completeness, and facilitates obtaining necessary physician signatures.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate eligibility for employment in the United States, along with two years of required clerical experience. Essential qualifications include demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated databases, and knowledge of medical terminology.
