The role involves focusing on holistic mid-life women's healthcare within a dedicated menopause clinic, collaborating closely with a clinical leader on individualized care. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans utilizing hormone therapy, lifestyle changes, and mental wellness strategies based on a thorough understanding of menopausal health.
Candidates must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant with a demonstrated interest in menopause and midlife women's health, holding Board Certification and active/pending DEA and BLS certifications in Maine. Advanced education in women's health, hormone replacement therapy, and weight management is desired, with preference for candidates who are Menopause Society Certified Practitioners or willing to obtain certification post-hire.

The care model will emphasize meeting patients where they are in their transition and partnering through shared decision-making to deliver exceptional outcomes.
