The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. Responsibilities also include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and educating families on treatment options.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification, along with at least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure. A valid Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license, DEA license, and State Prescriptive Authority are mandatory, along with the ability to work a part-time schedule emphasizing after-school hours and weekends.
