  • Range: $29.00–$34.00 per hour, DOE Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on the NOC shift. This role is ideal for an LVN who is committed to delivering high-quality resident care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.

Position Summary

The LVN provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and applicable regulations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and clinical excellence during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician Accurately document nursing care and resident status in the medical record Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members to ensure quality resident care Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
